Madriaga, pinadadalo sa impeachment hearing

Hiniling ng House Committee on Justice sa Manila Regional Trial Court na payagan si Ramil Madriaga, umaming bagman umano ni Vice President Sara Duterte, na makadalo sa nakaiskedyul na impeachment hearing sa Abril 14.
Sa sulat ng komite kay Manila RTC Branch 21 Presiding Judge Alma Crispina Collado-Lacorte, sinabi nito na mahalaga ang presensya ni Madriaga sa gagawing hearing dahil tinuturing itong key witness sa impeachment case.
“The House Committee on Justice respectfully requests the Honorable Court to allow Person Deprived of Liberty (PDL) Ramil Madriaga to appear before the Committee on Justice on April 14, 2026, 10:00 A.M., at the 2nd Floor of the People Center, House of Representatives, Batasang Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. We look forward to your favorable response on this matter,” nakasaad sa liham ng komite na may petsang Marso 31, 2026 na pirmado nina House Committee on Justice chairperson Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro at House Speaker Faustino Dy.
Si Madriaga ay nakapiit sa Camp Bagong Diwa, Taguig City kaugnay ng kinahaharap nitong kidnapping case.
Sa testimonya ni Madriaga, inakusahan nito si Duterte na ilang mga drug dealer at Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators ang nagpondo ng kampanya nito noong nakaraang eleksyon.
